In fact what SR needs is someone to open a brokers account and we can all start swapping our favorite items asafe in the knowledge that both sides have left BTC with a trusted broker who will return it to both after items reach  their destination, minus brokers fee say 1 btc pp.

Cmon AA open a brokers shop and I will swap you some great hash for some ms contin?
